Return Policy

Return Policy

Returning products that are not the right size, right look, or just simply are not right is part of the researching and comparing process. Although it is our hope that every customer's purchase is perfect, we know that this simply is not the case. The following rules and regulations define how we can accept returns and in some cases, where we cannot accept returns. Please read the entire policy to ensure that there isn't an exception for the product or service that you have purchased.

Please Note: If you send a return to the incorrect address, we will NOT be able to process a credit for your return and the product MAY NOT be returned back to you.

Refunds

Once we have received your product and have ensured that the items is in "like new" condition, in the original packaging, and can be resold. We will refund the original purchase price LESS the applicable restocking fee and all shipping and handling costs. Except as noted below, the restocking fee will be 25% of the original purchase price or $10, whichever is greater.

Items and Categories where we will not accept returns

We will not accept returns for items that are:

  • Perishable Items - No refund will be given for any type of food, perishable item, or other product that has a specific life span that is less than 1 year.
  • Holiday Items - Items that are seasonal in nature such as, but not limited to, Halloween, Easter, 4th of July, and Christmas are not refundable.
  • Custom & Monogrammed tems - Items that have personal markers such as monograms or inscriptions will not be subject to a refund.
  • Items that are vacuum sealed for protection that have been opened - Any item that is sealed to ensure "freshness" that has been opened will not be subject to a refund.
  • Personal Touch Items - We will not issue a refund for any product that has personal direct contact. Examples include underwear, sleep items such as pillows and sheets, and intimate apparel or accessories.
  • Software - We will not issue a refund for any software purchase.
  • Services Rendered - we will not issue a refund for any service that has been rendered.
  • Services not rendered more than 3 days after purchase - In the event that a service is purchased, and is not used, and more than 3 days (calendar days, not business days) have passed, we will not issue a refund.
  • Items built to order - we will not issue a refund for any product or service that is built to order or where the customer has placed a custom order.
  • Other Items - It is our intent in these exclusions to identify products and services that are effectively "non returnable" because the product or service has either been used or it is no longer in a condition where it can be reasonably resold as a brand new product. In the event that a condition is discovered that renders a product or service as non saleable and that condition is not listed within this policy, we retain the right to charge the customer for the "use" of the product which may mean that no refund will be issued at all.

    How we handle items sent to us that are not returnable:

    In the event that a customer (or non customer) sends us a product that is not returnable, we will destroy the product, donate it to charity, or distribute it in some other manner. Under no circumstances will we refund a person for a product that is explicitly not returnable under this return policy.

    Special Note regarding "refused" shipments:

    Due to the specific costs associated with items that are "refused" at the point of delivery, the rules regarding returns above are applicable to all refused shipments except the restocking fee for all refused shipments will be 30% of the original purchase price or $20, whichever is greater. Additionally, we will charge the customer for all shipping costs associated with the original and return shipping.
